Cyber Security Program Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our cyber security program.
In this role, you will work closely with our security engineers to identify and mitigate potential threats, as well as develop and implement processes to ensure the security of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security program that aligns with industry best practices
- Collaborate with security engineers to identify and mitigate potential threats
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the security of our systems and data
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with business operations
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security and related technical disciplines
- In-depth experience with Windows and Unix operating environments
- Demonstrated experience leading and maturing security teams
- Strong knowledge of SIEM technologies and hands-on experience with Splunk or ELK
- Ability to translate and operationalize technical requirements in a heavily regulated environment
- Clear and concise communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- CISSP, CISM or equivalent qualifications
- Financial services experience or experience in the financial technology (FinTech) area
