Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale data engineering solutions using Python and PySpark.

The ideal candidate will have strong Big Data experience, preferably on GCP, and a solid understanding of Telemetry, IoT systems, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative data engineering solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data pipelines and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IoT systems, particularly in refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and mechanical solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IoT systems, especially in refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and mechanical solutions.
  • Familiarity with equipment and systems from prominent manufacturers.
  • Ability to explain how data flows through IoT units and how sensors are designed and monitored.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Hands-on coding experience.
  • Strong Big Data experience, GCP preferred.
  • Telemetry experience.
  • Streaming experience with analytics and data processing.
