Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a Senior Payroll Specialist, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a related field and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Good communication skills (oral & written).
Competencies:
  • Documentation and excel skills.
  • Proficiency with payroll software.
  • Reliability and honesty.
  • Ability to work based on shift timings.
  • Multi-country payroll and taxation knowledge.

Problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
