Senior WordPress Web Developer

This is a challenging role where you will play a pivotal part in the success of our organization by designing and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites that enhance patient engagement, retention, and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize WordPress websites based on client specifications, ensuring seamless user experience and implementing technical SEO best practices.
  • Implement and modify themes, plugins, and custom functionalities, conducting internal reviews and quality assurance before deployment.
  • Ensure website security, updates, and troubleshooting post-launch, and optimize website functionality for fast load times.
  • Conduct cross-browser testing and work closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency, while ensuring the website is mobile-friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Optimize metadata, structured data, images, and page speed, following a structured SEO checklist before website launch.
  • Monitor technical SEO compliance via tracking tools, and develop and integrate appointment booking features for healthcare websites.
  • Identify and fix bugs within a 48-hour resolution window, maintain detailed documentation of issue resolutions, and perform post-resolution quality checks to prevent recurrence.
  • Adhere to the 5-day website turnaround time (TAT) for project completion, maintain daily progress updates, and flag potential risks early.
