Business Analyst Position

The role of a Business Analyst is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, events or data within a functional team. Given the nature of this position, it often involves working on time-critical, complex or regulated tasks that require interaction with both internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions, including performing relevant controls, within your designated area of responsibility.
  • Apply all internal and external policies, guidelines and requirements of regulators, as well as agreed SLAs, KRIs, KPIs and quality measures.
  • When necessary, establish and maintain relationships with front-office clients to provide a point of contact within the functional team for time-sensitive, complex or regulated tasks.
  • Provide input, as required, to product/function development to ensure a superior offering that meets evolving client needs and market trends.
  • Evaluate operational, regulatory and other risks to escalate them to your line manager and functional leads as necessary; contribute to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
