About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our cross-border payments efforts, identifying and securing relationships with clients across regions.
  • This role involves driving merchant acquisition through a robust sales strategy, aligning with regional market needs and regulations.
  • You will engage with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant entities to promote our cross-border payments solutions.
  • The successful candidate will contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
  • You will develop and present compelling value propositions for our cross-border payment solutions, tailored to meet global compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Leading negotiations and managing contract development is also a key responsibility, ensuring favorable terms that support both client needs and our objectives.
  • Closely working with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and seamless client onboarding is essential.
  • Achieving targets related to GMV, revenue, and customer flows from international markets, driving profitability and sustainable growth is a top priority.
  • Proactively identifying market opportunities and leveraging industry connections to generate leads, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively is crucial.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
  • Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships.
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value, cross-border deals.
