Job Summary
The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall nursing operations in a hospital or specialized center.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to nursing teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
- Staff Management: Develop and implement effective staffing plans, ensuring adequate resource allocation.
- Patient Care: Conduct regular rounds to monitor quality of care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Foster positive relationships with patients, Medical Social workers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
