Job Title: Software Engineer

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our web application development team.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using various technologies including Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PHP, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create robust and scalable web applications with excellent user experience.
  • Develop and manage REST APIs for mobile and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, certificate creation, validation, and API integration.
  • Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and version control systems like Git.
  • Provide support for production issues, including bug fixing, vulnerability fixes, and database optimizations.
  • Deploy immediate updates and fixes as required.
  • Assist in emerging technology watch and apply relevant innovations when possible.
  • Maintain all activities in full compliance with the IT General Compliance rules and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Over 2-4 years of experience in web application development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with web servers like Apache and Nginx.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as PyCharm, VS Code, Gitbash, Postman, and Sublime.
  • Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with the software development life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of ITIL and SOX/ITGC principles.
  • Experience in developing e-commerce, education, and social media applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Skills:
  • English (fluent).
