Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
