Medical Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled medical practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical judgment and patient care skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Prioritize patient safety and manage both acute and chronic conditions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for seamless continuity of care.
Clinical Expertise:
  • Perform minor procedures with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide timely emergency management and respond to critical situations efficiently.
  • Monitor patient progress closely and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Documentation and Communication:
  • Maintain detailed clinical notes, discharge summaries, referrals, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ensure proper medico-legal documentation where necessary.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Coordinate care with nurses, lab technicians, and specialists for comprehensive treatment.
  • Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide health education to patients and families proactively.
Compliance and Professional Conduct:
  • Foster a culture of patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
  • Stay updated with medical advancements and comply with continuing medical education requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical registration (State/National Medical Council).
Desirable Qualifications (based on level):
  • Master of Medicine, Master of Surgery (MD/MS/DNB) in a specialty.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (for emergency or ICU roles).
  • Clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or community setting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
