Supply Chain Replenishment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage pharmacy replenishment norms and distribution planning across our network of pharmacies in Africa. This role will be responsible for designing replenishment frameworks, setting stocking norms, analyzing demand/sales data, and monitoring compliance by the in-country distribution teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and refine stocking norms, safety stock levels, and replenishment cycles for each pharmacy based on sales velocity and product criticality.
- Create and maintain guidelines for assortment management and seasonal demand variations.
- Analytical problem-solving with a structured approach.
- Data modeling and dashboarding expertise.
- Business acumen in balancing availability with operational efficiency.
- Influence and communication skills to engage stakeholders remotely across geographies.
- Discipline in process design and governance.
Work Environment: This position is based in an office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other locations as required. The role may require extended hours during peak periods or in response to urgent supply chain issues.
