As an Oracle PPM Functional Consultant at Tech Mahindra, you will play a critical role in helping clients optimize their project and portfolio management processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion PPM to drive business outcomes and deliver tangible results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle PPM, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations and upgrades. In addition, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary: ₹20-30 Lacs per annum, depending on experience and location. This estimate is based on industry standards and factors such as cost of living, skill set, and level of experience.

**Job Description:**

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project and portfolio management needs and develop tailored solutions using Oracle Fusion PPM.

• Design and implement effective project and portfolio management strategies that align with client goals and objectives.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion PPM, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of the system.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project and portfolio management, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.

• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and presentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PPM implementation, upgrade, or customization.

• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and achieving client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
