Accounting Expert Wanted

We seek an accomplished accounting professional to fill this crucial role.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and statements, for clients based in the US.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data on a regular basis.
  • Prepare comprehensive closing reports at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit federal, state, and local tax returns in compliance with IRS guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to US tax regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist clients with tax planning, minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing legal deductions.
Regulatory Compliance & Advisory
  • Support clients with compliance requirements related to IRS, state agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate in financial audits, tax audits, and associated assessments.
Cross-Border Taxation and Advisory
  • Provide guidance on cross-border tax implications for US entities operating globally.
  • Offer insights on withholding taxes, foreign investments, and treaty benefits where applicable.
Client Management & Communication
  • Engage with clients to provide regular updates on financial performance and tax obligations.
  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS BY ENSURING TIMELY AND ACCURATE SERVICE DELIVERY.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or EA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial compliance.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, TurboTax, Lacerte).

Preferred certifications: CPA, EA, or relevant certifications in US taxation and compliance. Certifications in QuickBooks or other financial software are a plus.
