Job Role:

TPRM Cybersecurity Specialist

Overview of Job Responsibilities:

As a TPRM Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting IT and cybersecurity audits, assessing risks, evaluating controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Key Tasks:

  • Perform comprehensive IT and cybersecurity audits to assess infrastructure, applications, networks, and security controls.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of IT general controls, security configurations, and vulnerability management processes.
  • Review cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify control gaps across IT and security processes.
  • Develop detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and remediation actions.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity audit, or information security assessments.
  • Knowledge of ITGC, application controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, or CEH (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
