The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives;
- Supporting senior management on HR issues, including workforce management;
- Leading the development of HR policies, procedures, and best practices;
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively;
- Promoting a positive work environment and supporting the implementation of employee engagement initiatives;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employees at all levels to address their needs and concerns;
- Administering legal cases and coordinating with Legal;
- Providing support to managers on performance issues and employee development;
- Managing payroll, statutory and payroll-related matters along with team members;
- Managing POSH related compliances;
- Managing absence and leave management and tardiness;
- Managing employee life cycle in our organization;
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR-related processes;
- Advising the organization on changes to labor laws and HR best practices;
- Handling and resolving any legal issues related to employee relations, terminations, or HR compliance;
- Analysing and reporting on key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement;
- Using data-driven insights to propose initiatives aimed at improving workforce efficiency and satisfaction;
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or HR certification preferred);
- 15+ years of experience in HR management;
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements;
- Proven ability to manage HR functions, employee relations, performance management;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong managerial capabilities and team-building capabilities;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Key Competencies: Sound managerial skills, unbiased and willingness to learn; Conflict Resolution and Negotiation; Data Analysis and Reporting; Employee Engagement;
