Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. As a seasoned IAM expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our IAM program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Okta Identity Cloud platform for seamless identity governance and security.
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
  • Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for Okta configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with IAM industry trends and Okta platform updates, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Participate in security audits and contribute to compliance efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with a strong focus on Okta administration.
  • Proficiency in SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory protocols.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation techniques.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards, including SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
