Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions. With at least 2 years of experience in a creative role, you will have demonstrated growth and leadership in design positions.

Responsibilities include leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with clients' brand identities and marketing goals. You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in managing multiple projects from concept to delivery, setting deadlines, and meeting client expectations.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of AfterEffects is a plus.
  • Strong ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions.
  • High level of accuracy in design work.
  • Strong verbal and written skills for clear project communication.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, including typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to align design with business objectives.
