Marketing Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating marketing efforts, and overseeing various projects to ensure timely completion.

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong communication skills, proven project management and organizational skills, experience in budgeting, knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate Marketing Efforts: You will work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Oversee Projects: You will oversee various projects, including marketing campaigns, events, and product launches, to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain Clear Communication: You will maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Marketing Project Manager, you will need to have:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
