We are seeking an expert in biomedical data science to join our team of professionals who bridge science, technology, and business stakeholders.

Job Description

As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in applying domain and technology expertise to design and deliver innovative solutions that help our clients succeed with their R&D initiatives. You will bring expertise in bioinformatics, computational biology, and scientific informatics to identify and respond to client needs, authoring and delivering impactful proposals, and staying engaged through successful delivery.

  • Translating clients' scientific and operational needs into solution roadmaps, actionable initiatives, and scalable solutions that drive strategic impact by bridging business, IT, and scientific domains.
  • Supporting new business development by expanding the footprint of our solutions and services within existing and new clients, working closely with sales teams.
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams, providing presales technical and functional expertise, creating pitch presentations to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of proposals, project estimations, and response to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring alignment between client requirements and our capabilities.
  2. Developing statements of work (SOWs) and ensuring smooth transition from presales to project execution by operations teams.
  3. Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices in bioinformatics, AI, platform engineering, and data sciences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have an advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field with a proven track record of consulting in biopharma services organizations. You should also have experience in bioinformatics services, presales, or customer-facing roles in Life Sciences or Biotech.

  • A strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical data, workflows, and informatics systems across drug discovery, translational, clinical, and real-world data.
  • The ability to articulate strategic and operational impact of data and AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix organization.
