Job Title: Data Platform Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned hands-on professional to architect and scale the core data foundation behind enterprise SaaS and AI-driven products.

\

You will lead the design of clean, scalable models, drive data platform strategy, and enable high-velocity product development culture. Your expertise will be essential in crafting robust semantic layer, modular dbt pipelines, and maintaining normalized and dimensional data model.

\

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in backend or data engineering roles, with deep knowledge of designing and maintaining data models. Advanced expertise in dbt, SQL, and Python scripting is required. Additionally, experience with tools in modern data stack, including dbt, PostgreSQL, Airflow, Great Expectations, and GitHub Actions, is highly desirable.

You will own entire data platform lifecycle, from schema design and documentation to data contracts, testing, and deployment. You will also define and enforce data platform best practices, versioning, and governance for all data models. Collaboration with engineering, product, and analytics teams is crucial to ship reliable data-backed features.
