Job Title: Senior Network Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned network professional to join our organization as a Senior Network Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust network architectures for cloud-native deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of networking solutions.
  • Develop and maintain best practice documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 15+ years of enterprise networking experience, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS), VPN-as-a-Service (VPNaaS), and Load Balancer-as-a-Service (LBaaS) solutions.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and related protocols.
  • Strong background in software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV).
  • Experience with OpenStack Neutron networking services and plugins, as well as integrations with major SDN controllers.
  • Specialization in VMware networking (NSX-T, NSX-V) or OpenStack networking, with the ability to work across both stacks preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native networking for Kubernetes (e.g., Calico, Cilium, Flannel).
  • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies in multi-vendor environments.

Prior experience automating network provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell or Python is also desirable, along with familiarity with load balancers, firewalls, and security policy automation. Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE, VCAP-NV, or equivalent) are highly valued, as is experience authoring technical whitepapers or contributing to open-source networking projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills for technical and executive-level discussions, the ability to translate complex networking concepts into clear guidance for customers and teammates, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer outcomes, and a collaborative mindset to work across engineering, delivery, and customer-facing teams.
