The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a strong sales funnel through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handling incoming queries and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales team to close sales.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly targets set by the business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Telesales role, preferably in the Consumer Durables industry.
  • Working knowledge of TELE SALES and CALLING.
  • A strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
