About the Role:- Develop and implement effective accounting strategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records, including GST, TDS, and tax-related compliance documents.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations, providing timely and actionable insights.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel, with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong emphasis on leadership and team management.
