HR Operations Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and implementation of a dynamic HR operation.

The Group Leader- Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing a large, complex site/location.

This role would involve generalist activities, employee lifecycle management, employee retention & engagement etc. Providing strategic thinking and direction to the team and implementing human resource strategies effectively and efficiently are key responsibilities.

  • Provide vision, leadership, planning, and guidance for the development, implementation and management of an effective employee lifecycle.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customer bases, serving as an interface between internal (Human Resources) and business operations leaders to ensure effective delivery of employee processes.
  • Drive the continuing development of teams and integrate HR functions.
  • Work closely with leadership teams in developing and implementing both short and long-term human resources strategies designed to drive business growth and overall employee engagement.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and surveys.
  • In collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure consistency.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to senior management.
  • Implement consistent strategies for HR management and development, policy/practices, performance management, compensation, goal setting, diversity, inclusion, and employee relations.

Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience in leading teams in fast-moving, customer-centric environments.
  • Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through system implementations based on industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR generalist responsibilities.
  • MBA/PG degree preferred
