As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web dashboards, mobile applications, and 3D interactions, influencing the design language of cutting-edge digital twin solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface Design: Create clean, user-friendly dashboards, web, and mobile application interfaces that meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.
  • Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma / Adobe XD to bring your designs to life.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation and to drive collaboration across disciplines.
  • Design System: Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library that supports the growth and evolution of our product portfolio.
  • User Research: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine user journeys to continually improve the user experience.
  • 3D Integration Support: Collaborate with 3D/Unreal teams to design intuitive UI for 3D interactions and visualizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for web or SaaS platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboard, enterprise apps, and data visualization designs.
  • Core Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user flows.
  • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with 3D/AR/VR interfaces or ArchViz UI.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, or frontend dev workflows.
Soft Skills
  • Strong creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, 3D artists, and product teams.
