Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply generative AI models for text generation, summarization, and conversational AI, enhancing user experiences through intelligent interfaces.
  • Efficiently manage structured, graph, and unstructured databases to support AI workloads, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation using Azure AI Search, AWS OpenSearch, or vector databases, fostering creativity in AI-driven content creation.
  • Develop and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks or equivalent tools, ensuring seamless data flow and analysis.
  • Develop intent detection models and natural language understanding components for conversational AI applications, enabling personalized interactions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, allowing for flexible deployment and management of AI systems.
  • Knowledge of additional AI/ML frameworks and tools, expanding capabilities and adaptability in the field.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient collaboration and streamlined delivery of AI projects.
