Position Summary

You will lead a team of localization coordinators, focusing on people management, growth, and development. You will schedule and reschedule work, monitor projects, and track performance indicators.

Outcomes and Accomplishments

  • Supervise localization coordinators and set clear objectives for the team.
  • Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback regularly.
  • Liaise with the Translator Support team to report linguist pool health and plan capacity for rare languages.
  • Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions.
  • Foster a positive team environment, addressing morale, attrition, and development needs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan future activities.
  • Cultivate open communication channels between the team and management.

What You Bring:

  • A graduate degree.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in the media industry is preferred.
