Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Warranty Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and settle warranty claims in a timely manner.
  • Implement and adhere to organisational warranty policies among channel partners.
  • IDentify top contributing warranty concerns, priority incidents, emerging product issues, and develop action plans by creating work instructions.
  • Maximise recovery from vendors against warranty failed parts through joint inspection with CQA, SQA.
Requirements:
  • Academic Qualification: B.E, B.Tech - Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Warranty and technical support in Automobile OEM, Tier 1 Suppliers.
  • Should have worked in Market quality, Field Quality, Supplier quality, Field Service.
