As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of private equity and alternative investment operations. Your expertise in fund accounting, compliance, and regulatory requirements will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of private equity fund operations, including position, cash reconciliations, pricing, valuations, accruals, GAV, NAV, fee calculations, and PL allocations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end fund accounting processes that meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.In this capacity, you will provide expert-level guidance on capital markets, specifically private credit and private equity, to support business growth and expansion. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through excellent verbal and written communication skills.To excel in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on private equity and alternative investments
  • Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and ALM tools like JIRA, Rally, Azure Boards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams
