We are seeking a seasoned tax expert to join our dynamic team as a Lead Tax Professional. As a key member of our tax group, you will be responsible for managing complex tax engagements and overseeing the work of junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities- Manage complex tax engagements, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
- Oversee the work of junior staff members, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching
- Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in US Individual Taxation
- EA/CPA or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Tax Code and extensive experience in Business tax returns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
