Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Client Consultation:

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and effectively.
  • Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support regarding insurance policies.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns related to insurance products.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all insurance transactions comply with company regulations and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the system.
  • Stay updated with changes in insurance laws and regulations.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Share best practices and knowledge with team members to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
