Artistic Visionary

As a senior art director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in developing impactful campaigns for leading brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising and design, with experience in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.

You will also be required to mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors to ensure high creative standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and execute creative strategies for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns.
• Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors to ensure high creative standards.
• Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

• 6-8 years of experience in advertising/design (agency experience preferred).
• Strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and up-to-date with emerging tools.
• Deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns.
