House Keeping Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized House Keeping Associate to join our team at the Belgaum Presidency Club. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  2. Make beds, change linens, and ensure all rooms are tidy and well-maintained.
  3. Take care of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including reception, lobby, and corridors.
  5. Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  6. Communicate effectively with guests, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  7. Take initiative in completing additional tasks and assignments as given by supervisors or managers.
  8. Answer guest calls, take messages, and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Prepare reports and documents as required.
  10. Report to supervisors or managers, keeping them informed of any issues or concerns.
