Medical Ambassador

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding aspiring doctors to pursue MBBS abroad. Our mission is to provide end-to-end support, ensuring a seamless journey for students aiming to study medicine overseas.

• You will engage with students and parents, manage admissions from start to finish, and ensure a smooth transition for students pursuing MBBS programs abroad.
• Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, or in-person sessions to provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
• Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions, and coordinate with foreign universities to ensure efficient processing.
• Guide students through visa applications and document preparation, conduct pre-departure orientations, and resolve last-mile queries before departure.
• Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad, act as a liaison between students and universities, and offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
• Maintain student records, metrics, and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience.

• Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling is mandatory.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking ability, empathy, and a student-centric approach are essential.
• Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.
• A laptop is required for this role.
