Lead Performance Marketing Strategist

Are you a seasoned marketing leader with expertise in driving growth through paid media? We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Marketing Strategist to develop and execute our advertising strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing large budgets, and owning our media buying strategy from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement full-funnel strategies for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on return on investment, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and scaling profitably
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media planning, audience targeting, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, data, and product teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends to keep us competitive and compliant

Who You Are:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing large budgets across regions
  • Data-driven with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
  • Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or international growth campaigns
