Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the dental implants sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of marketing acumen, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the dental implants sector.
  • Promote various dental implants and ensure their proper usage.
  • Organize and execute promotional programs, sales presentations, and advertising campaigns for new product launches.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, including medical professionals, opinion leaders, hospitals, and private service dentists.
  • Network with various parties to ensure the availability of stock at dental clinics, institutions, hospitals, and dental colleges.
  • Develop sales strategies and set achievable sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Focus on institutional sales, particularly to hospitals, dental colleges, and related institutes.
  • Maintain a strong network within the institutional sales domain to ensure product availability and visibility.
Requirements
  • Any Graduate, preferably with a degree in B. Pharma, M. Pharma, or D. Pharma. Candidates with knowledge in dental surgery and implants will be given preference.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on the dental industry.
  • Should have completed all academic years with 55% or above.
  • Candidates should be above 28 years of age.
Skills Required:
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in launching and promoting products.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with medical professionals and institutions.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
