Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ai and Machine Learning Leader to join our team. As an expert in machine learning, you will lead the development of predictive models, drive business value through data science initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, providing data-driven recommendations and ai/ml solutions that enhance decision-making and deliver tangible value.
  • Machine Learning Problem Solving: Translate business needs into well-defined machine learning problem statements and solution workflows, utilizing analytics and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and predict outcomes.
  • Model Development and Deployment: Develop and deploy ml models, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and model performance optimization, ensuring scalability and reliability in cloud environments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions, mentoring junior team members and contributing to an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in building ml solutions, with a strong foundation in machine learning modeling and deployment.
  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 technical institute or MBA from Tier 1 institute.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Python and experience with ai/ml libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Skills: Experience in end-to-end model development lifecycle: data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
