Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

  • Drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.
  • Lead 2–3 concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Architect Front-End Solutions: Take ownership of complex projects, architecting front-end solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and visual appeal.
  2. Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and feedback on architecture, design, and best practices, helping junior engineers grow and develop in their roles.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of front-end applications.
  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end environments.
  • Prior experience in leading technical initiatives or cross-functional projects.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
