Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to fill a dynamic role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology, dairy technology, or microbiology.

This position requires extensive travel and demands a deep understanding of molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Promote and sell products related to molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients to ensure seamless integration and optimal usage.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality services.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize operations.

Role Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Extensive travel (15-20 days per month) is necessary to meet clients and develop business opportunities.

Education and Experience:

A B.Tech in Biotechnology/Dairy Technology or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Microbiology is preferred. 0-5 years of experience in sales or a related field is desired.
