The position of Travel and Hospitality General Manager is a senior leadership role that oversees the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions tailored to the travel domain. This includes airlines, OTAs, hospitality, loyalty, and GDS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful execution of AI/ML and data-driven solutions, ensuring excellence in delivery execution and alignment with client KPIs, SLAs, compliance standards, and digital transformation goals.

  • Own the P&L for the Travel vertical, accountable for topline revenue growth, cost optimization, gross margins, and EBITDA.

  • Partner with sales and account management teams to grow existing accounts and win new logos in the travel sector.

  • Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and report on financial and operational performance to executive leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in technology or consulting, with 7+ years in leadership roles driving AI/ML delivery.

  • Demonstrated success in owning a P&L in a service-oriented business, ideally within the travel industry.

  • Deep understanding of travel platforms such as PSS, GDS, CRS, DCS, NDC, and related industry data standards.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps tools.
