Key Visual Strategist

This is a key role requiring an experienced visual strategist to create engaging content that supports the mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will develop concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. This includes creating infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly.

The successful candidate will design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage. They will also work with the team to create engaging visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences.

The candidate will transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts. They will also support the creation of visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and public-facing reports.

The ideal candidate will create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages. They will also assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content.

The candidate will help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library. They will also work with external photographers and videographers as needed.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and impactful design work. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, is also required. Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
