The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

  • Designing a wide range of brand and marketing materials: presentations, digital/print collateral, social media graphics, website elements, and email templates.
  • Creating engaging motion graphics: designing and producing animations for various digital applications using tools like After Effects.
  • Applying design thinking: participating in brainstorming, contributing creative solutions, and thinking critically about how design meets user needs and business objectives.
  • Exploring AI in Design: experimenting with and utilizing relevant AI tools to enhance design workflows, spark ideation, generate assets where appropriate, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with the cross-department Lead, consultants, and sometimes clients, to understand requirements and refine concepts.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across all visual outputs.
  • Actively seeking and incorporating feedback to iterate on designs and grow your skills.
  • Staying current with design trends, including advancements in digital marketing, motion graphics, and the application of AI in creative fields.

You Will Thrive If You Have

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design process, problem-solving skills, and technical abilities.
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency: essential skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Motion Design aptitude: demonstrable experience, strong interest, or proven aptitude in Adobe After Effects is highly desired.
  • Solid design fundamentals: a good grasp of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and how these support communication goals.
