Commercial Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand market presence through strategic alliances with global partners.
  • Lead sales and customer management teams across regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10–20 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry.
  • Deep understanding of international freight (air & ocean) and domestic transport operations.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, pricing strategies, and P&L management.
Commercial Operations:
  • Review and approve commercial contracts and rate quotes.
  • Monitor and control operating costs for improved margins and efficiency.
  • Implement digital and process automation initiatives for scalability.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
  • Report commercial performance to top management.
  • Lead commercial budgeting, planning, and financial reviews.
