Job Summary:

  • Main Responsibilities: Perform thorough vehicle crash simulations and durability load case analyses.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering
    • 3-6 years of hands-on experience with simulation tools like Meshing, Module build for Crash &/ Durability, High speed crash analysis &/Durability analysis
    • Strong understanding of BIW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, Assembly, Material models, and Physics of Crash &/Durability
    • Proficiency in ANSA as preprocessor, LS Dyna for Crash load case &/ Abacus for Durability evaluation, Animator/Hyper works for postprocessing
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and deliver independent FE model setups to load case Analysis reports with minimal support
