We are seeking a skilled Python Automation Development Engineer to fill this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and experience in developing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes and boost productivity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement automated solutions using Python, enhancing software development life cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automated solutions, meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and frameworks, ensuring they align with company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in automation scripts and environments, implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in automation development, promoting technical excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of experience in Python programming, with a solid understanding of automation frameworks and architectures.
  • Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium, Pytest or similar frameworks, leveraging their capabilities.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI, streamlining the software development process.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices, driving quality assurance.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable and efficient code, adhering to industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
