Language Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality language instruction for individuals preparing to live and work in Germany.

  • Conduct German language training across proficiency levels, both in-person and online, tailored to student needs and batch type.
  • Develop lesson plans and learning materials incorporating grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, culture, and exam preparation, suitable for multiple student batches daily.
  • Administer regular assessments and provide personalized feedback to ensure student progress.
  • Prepare students for certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat, ÖSD, TELC, etc., and adapt teaching methods between online and offline formats.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and progress tracking, and collaborate with the training team for curriculum improvements and batch scheduling.
Requirements
  • Certification at least B2/C1 level in German from recognized bodies (Goethe-Institut, TELC, TestDaF, ÖSD, etc.).
  • Or Bachelor's or Master's degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of German teaching experience (classroom/online).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, patience, and adaptability.
  • Tech proficiency for using teaching platforms and creating digital content.
