Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Counselor to join our team. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey.

Your primary responsibility will be to counsel students and help them choose the right courses and programs that align with their interests and career goals.

You will work closely with students, parents, and guardians to provide guidance and support throughout the application process. This includes assisting students with obtaining necessary documentation, providing information on admissions requirements, and coordinating efficient handling of applications and communications.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with students and their families, empathizing with their needs and concerns. You will also be responsible for managing lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails to source new sales opportunities.

This is a target-driven sales environment where your skills in converting leads into sales will be crucial to your success. Additionally, your ability to work efficiently with CRM systems and fluency in English and Hindi languages will be essential.
