Talentgigs is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python to join our team.

In this role, you will develop and optimize AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art applications.

  • Apply and fine-tune large language models, optimizing them for performance, accuracy, and scalability in real-world scenarios.">

  • Develop and maintain high-quality code in Python, with a focus on performance, scalability, and code readability.">
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and RAG; experiment with novel techniques to improve AI capabilities.">
  • Work with engineering teams to deploy and integrate models into production environments, ensuring reliability and robustness.">
  • Collaborate with data teams to manage and preprocess large datasets, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data quality for AI models.">
  • Provide guidance to junior developers, participate in code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.">

Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP and large language models.
