About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Fundraising Specialist to join our team at StellarNOVA Ventures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fundraising for VC/PE funds, with a strong track record of closing capital commitments and raising funds in the VC/PE ecosystem.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the fundraising strategy for our fund, leveraging existing LP relationships and expanding outreach to new Family Offices, HNWIs, and institutional investors.

This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic deal-maker with a strong investor network and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations
  • Develop and execute the fundraising strategy for the fund
  • Leverage existing LP relationships and expand outreach to new Family Offices, HNWIs, and institutional investors
  • Lead investor presentations, pitches, and negotiations to drive capital commitments
  • Manage investor due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams for fund structuring

Requirements:

  • Fundraising expertise: 2-10 years of experience in fundraising for VC/PE funds
  • Investor network: Strong connections with LPs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors interested in venture capital & tech-driven markets
  • Strategic deal-making: Proven track record of closing capital commitments and raising funds in the VC/PE ecosystem
  • Financial acumen: Solid understanding of investment strategies, fund structures, and financial models
  • Outstanding communication: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and influence top-tier investors
