SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect Role

Experienced professionals are sought to drive transformative SAP SuccessFactors programs for global enterprises.

Subject Matter Experts in Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, and cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications will lead hands-on functional delivery, discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.

  • Develop solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  • Drive end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
  • Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team.
  • Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.
  2. Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to maintain partnership status.
  4. Report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
  5. Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
  6. Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless.
